Daily limit Error

Hello,
I sent only one email campaign to 838 recipients on September 20. I tried to send another campaign to the same number of recipients yesterday and again today, but I received the attached error message.
Why does the system indicate that I have reached my daily sending limit when I have not sent any emails since September 20?
