Hi

Please could someone help explain why all of a sudden my workflow is failing at this step. I've not made any changes either to the shop set up itself or the workflow so unsure what has suddenly caused this. I've attached a screen grab of the error message.

Im really not very technical so the simplest explanation of how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Hi @SF1979,

The issue seems to be related to the Data Transformer in step 3 of your workflow. We have added a Data Transformer as step 4. Please map the data from this step to the Google Sheets action step, then delete the Data Transformer in step 3, re-execute the workflow, and check if that fixes the issue.
