what option should i select in child flow's Trigger Option (the very first one) so that it continues with parent flow.

When creating a child flow intended to be connected via the Connect Flow node from a parent flow, the safest option to select for the trigger event is:

  • Trigger Event: Select Keyword/Regex Match

  • Keyword / Regex Field: Leave this completely blank (do not enter any keyword or regex pattern).

Leaving the keyword empty ensures the child flow won't be accidentally triggered by incoming customer messages independently, but will execute smoothly whenever it is called from the parent flow via the Connect Flow node.
