How to add another user or team member

I want to give another team member access to my Pabbly Connect account so they can help manage and build workflows.

Could someone please guide me on how to add a new user or share access to my account? Is there a built-in team member feature, or what is the best way to set this up securely?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, Pabbly Connect has a built-in Team Members feature that lets you share access to your workflows and folders securely, without sharing your login credentials.

Before you can add someone, the team member must:
1. Sign up for their own free Pabbly account.
2. Open and access the Pabbly Connect application at least once (otherwise the invitation will fail).

To add them from your account:
1. Go to Settings then Team Members then Add Team Member.
2. Enter the exact email address they used to register their Pabbly account (no typos or aliases).
3. Select which workflows or folders you want to share and choose their permission tier.

The permission tiers available are:
- Read-only / View: view workflows and task history only, cannot save changes.
- Edit: modify steps and mappings, can save changes, but cannot delete or change sharing.
- Login-as / Admin: fully impersonate the owner.

Once invited, the team member goes to Settings then Team Members then Workflows or Folders Shared With You then Access Now to switch into your account context.

Please note that team members cannot share workflows themselves (that is owner-only), and any task usage they generate through your workflows counts against your account quota.

after adding the team member , can they make automation from their account from gmail , facebook account etc. As I want mt team member make automation from thieir facebook id facebook comment automation
