Urgent - Product woocommerce issue (syncing)
Status: Closed · Asked by Le Rouge Sdn Bhd Alex on · 0 views
Hello Alex,
Thank you for providing the Task History ID.
We have inspected the execution log for Task ID IjU3NjYwNTZmMDYzNjA0MzY1MjZkNTUzNjUxM2I1MTY0NTQzNjBmMzQi_pc, and here is why the product was not created in WooCommerce:
Cause:
The workflow stopped intentionally at Step 5: Filter (Pabbly). Your filter step is set to process only items where ItemCode Is not empty.
In the Xero bill received on August 27, 2026, the line items (100PCS nylon vacuum bag and shipping) did not have an Item Code assigned in Xero. Because ItemCode was blank, the Filter condition evaluated to False and halted execution before reaching the WooCommerce creation step.
Solution / Options:
Assign Item Codes in Xero: Ensure that all new items created/billed in Xero have a valid Item Code assigned to them so they pass through the filter.
Adjust Filter Criteria (Optional): If you want products without an Item Code to also sync or create in WooCommerce, you can update or remove the
ItemCode Is not emptycondition in Step 5: Filter (Pabbly).
Please let us know if you would like assistance adjusting the filter criteria or if you have any questions!

We have checked with the client regarding on their Xero bill statement.
Kindly check the image attached below.
From client feedback : They have manually added this item, as the client needed to issue the invoice.
Question : Is that because they manually entered that is why the Item Code can't be found?
-------------------
Question
Solution no.2 : Is there any condition option to allow set with or without Item Code to sync and create in WooCommerce. ( For example; add another filter rule " OR Condition " to allow Products to be added in WooCommerce with another ItemCode )

Hello Alex,
Thank you for checking this with the client and for sharing the additional details.
We have reviewed the Task History you provided again, including the data received from Xero and the processing after the second Iterator.
Here is what we found:
1. Item Code is not available in the Xero data
For the bill created on 27 August 2026, Xero sent the following two line items to Pabbly:
100PCS nylon vacuum bag 2535 — Quantity: 3
shipping — Quantity: 1
However, for both line items, the ItemCode field is not present in the response received from Xero.
The same can be confirmed in both:
Xero → Bill Created (Instant)
Xero → Find an Invoice by Invoice ID
Therefore, Pabbly does not have an Item Code value available to pass to the next step.
Regarding your question about the item being manually entered in Xero: the Task History confirms that the Item Code was not returned by Xero, but based on the Pabbly execution data alone, we cannot conclusively say that manually entering the item is the reason why the Item Code was missing. This would need to be confirmed from the item's configuration in Xero.
2. Why the workflow stopped
After the second Iterator, each Xero line item is processed separately.
The next Filter is currently configured with the condition:
ItemCode → Is not empty
Since the ItemCode value is missing for these line items, the condition evaluates to False.
As a result, the workflow stops at the Filter and does not proceed to the WooCommerce step where the product would be created/updated.
So, based on the Task History, the workflow is not failing due to an error in WooCommerce. It is being intentionally stopped by the existing Filter condition because the required Item Code is missing from the Xero data.
3. Regarding your OR condition question
Yes, the Filter logic can be changed depending on the exact behavior you want.
If you want the workflow to process:
Products with an Item Code, and
Products without an Item Code
then the current ItemCode → Is not empty condition cannot remain as the only condition, because it specifically blocks items where Item Code is missing.
Adding an OR condition for another specific Item Code would not solve the current case, because these line items do not contain any Item Code at all.
Instead, the filter logic would need to be adjusted to explicitly allow the missing/empty Item Code case, or the current Item Code condition may need to be removed/replaced with another condition that determines which items should be sent to WooCommerce.
