No "continue" option on my campaign — only "Resend"

To clarify how sending works in Pabbly Email Marketing:

- An existing sent campaign cannot be "continued" to add more contacts. Once a campaign has been sent, the available option is "Resend to non-openers," which clones the campaign to target only subscribers who did not open the original.
- To reach your remaining ~70,000 contacts, you would send them as separate campaigns (or by duplicating your existing campaign). Duplicate creates a fresh draft with the same template and settings, which you can then send to the next batch of recipients.

So, are you saying that we need to duplicate the campaign in order to send it to another set of recipients?

For example, if the first campaign uses the default list (70K recipients), but the system automatically limits the send to only 5K recipients, even though the dashboard shows that we can send up to 10K, would I need to duplicate the campaign, use the same default list (70K), and send it again to reach the remaining recipients?

In other words, if the system only sends to 5K recipients from the 70K list per campaign, do we need to duplicate the campaign and send it again to reach the next batch of recipients?

You have to import each batch, creating a separate list, as the system does not picks already sent from the list.

You have to Duplicate and send separate campaigns to each batch.

Could you please check your system and see why our email sender is being blocked?

As we can check, your email sending capacity with Pabbly (Send with us) has been blocked due to high bounce rate. Your email list consists of invalid email addresses due to which the emails cannot be delivered on such email addresses. This email bouce affect SMTP server reputation due to which your email sending capacity has been blocked.

You need to clean your email list using a professional email verification tool. You can use Pabbly Email Verification or any other reputable email verification service to clean your list.

Once your email list has been cleaned, please provide us with proof of the cleanup, such as the invoice for the verification service and the verified email list. After reviewing these, we can restore your email sending capacity using our internal SMTP.

Alternatively, you can connect any external SMTP server to continue sending emails.
