Disclaimer - Currently the workflow is set for executing on Every Month's 2nd Thursday. To change value of Nth Occurance(Ex. 2nd) go to step 7 and change value to 1-5 of your choice. To change the day(Ex. Thursday) go to step no. 10's expression field and change value as per your requirement, where 1 is Sunday and 7 is Saturday.
